How long does it take to receive the item after order?

It will take 7 to 14 days. Most of our items are made to order. It may take 1 to 7 days to make the item (depending on the size/intricacy) and up to a week in shipping. We would always strive to get your item to you at the earliest possible. In the event of an item available in stock we will inform you of early estimated delivery.


Will the item be identical to the images shown on the site?

Each of our art and craft work is created individually. As you would understand no two hand crafted artwork will be exactly alike. At the same time, delivering on customer’s expectation is paramount to us and so there may at most be minute variations in details/dimensions of your order from the one depicted on our site.

How do I pay?

Standard credit/debit-cards and netbanking option can be utilized when checking out to make payment. In case you prefer to use another option, you can do a direct bank transfer to the account mentioned below, mentioning your order number. We will process your order as soon as we get the payment confirmation to our account. We will get in touch in case you initiate an order and there is any issue with payments.

I do not see netbanking option for payment?

Choose Credit Card payment option, on the next screen you will have an option to choose Credit/Debit/Netbanking where you can opt for netbanking payment.

Can I change/cancel my order?

Orders once processed/shipped cannot be cancelled. If you wish to change/cancel your order, please get in touch with us as early as possible (by phone/email). If work on your order hasn’t started, we will be able to cancel and refund your order. This will be on case by case basis as you would understand. Orders can not be cancelled after 7 days of placement. Our refund policy is here


What is the shipping method/agency?

We will use reputed courier agency (eg DTDC) when it is an option. For other addresses where it is not available, we will use India Post. We take utmost care and precaution in packaging your item to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.


What if the item is damaged/broken on receipt?

We take extreme care in packaging/shipping to ensure you receive your items in perfect condition. However, if you find the item damaged/broken when you receive it, kindly reach us at the earliest in such case with images of damaged item(s). This will be addressed on case by case basis. Please note that we will not be able to address it if you do not reach us within 24 hours of receipt of such items. Items shipped for return after 2 days of receipt will not be refunded. Any return must reach us within 14 days of receipt of the item.


How can I track my order?

We will update you at every stage of your order process (Receipt/Make/Ship/Delivered) through email/SMS. You can also email us in case you have any questions regarding your order.


Who is the artist creating my item?

We will try to enclose artists details with the shipped items, however this may not be feasible in all cases (eg multiple artists working on larger pieces/ items procured from third party).


Can I customize order items?

Absolutely. Kindly decide on the theme/item and get in touch with us with your requirements (material/background color / dimensions etc.) and we will be happy to make the customized item for you if feasible.


International shipping?

We may be able to ship to your address depending on the country/region. Please contact us at kanchan@mythi.la with your city/country info to get details.
